Overview

Matthieu Hanser has been an Adven partner since the firm was founded in 2014.

Matthieu has nearly 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer and in managing company mergers and/or transfers. His principal fields of expertise include: corporate law (day-to-day support for companies: private and public companies operating in the healthcare sector; regulated professions; equity transactions; etc.), external growth transactions, management of relations among partners.

Matthieu is a teacher at the University of Strasbourg (Faculty of Pharmacy).
