Overview

Geneviève Folzer has been a partner at Adven since its incorporation in 2014. With nearly 25 years of experience as a lawyer, she is in charge of litigation at Adven and is primarily involved in the following fields: corporate law (conflicts among partners, managerial liability, etc.), commercial law (drafting commercial contracts, unfair competition, breach of commercial relations) and healthcare law.

Attached to Adven’s core values, Geneviève participates in actions implemented in response to labour issues (notably equal opportunity, social diversity and the fight against discrimination) and the environment.
